The Mini35 is a FriendlyARM Mini2440 (see specs on Mini2440 page) 405 MHz ARM9 with a Toppoly 3.5" LCD 240x320 and integral touch screen. There is about nine inches of ribbon cable folded under the display and it can be mounted remotely from the processor board.  This has a great touch pad and character recognition software. Includes power supply, serial cable, USB device cable, Ethernet cable, JTAG connector and cable (Wiggler style with // port connector), software and documentation DVD, and a cute telescoping stylus.
